Sublimation 101

When I first discovered Sublimation101, I was a total newbie struggling with equipment that I foolishly bought on Amazon (and received ZERO customer service). I was using substrates that would chip, crack, not pull in the color evenly, ghost, blur, etc. Michael, Martha and Scott have helped me so much since! Thanks to them, I now have a heat press that has EVEN, consistent heat; my Sawgrass is printing crisp and clear; and the products I’m making are not just beautiful, but I have no reservations about giving them as gifts or selling them, because I know that they will stand the test of time! Don’t know what time and temp to use? No problem, because they give you all that info in writing upon purchase! Can’t find your cheat sheet? They are always just a phone call, email or text away! They’ve even helped when I didn’t know how to do something in Creative Studio!!! BEST customer service!!!!!

We had our best event ever at our craft show this past weekend to the point we brought out personal items for display on the second day of the event because we had to fill space. So please ignore the Disney stuff. We had to bring out the Christmas presents for family to show to fill up the stand! We press on the spot but the weather is too cold for the printer so we found a fix for that. Welcome to the hatchery. Anyone that grew up on the farm will recognize these lights. They are indeed for hatching animals. They are heat lamps spaced far enough away to provide enough heat safely to heat the printer to appropriate temps to operate but not overheat it and keep us warm too lol. Rain in the forecast today but the crowd is already here so fingers crossed for another good day! Michael Kaminsky your display ideas inspired me to get different sized easels for the cutting boards and it really helps to draw people in to see them. We sold out of a few styles so I will be busy restocking. Welcome to the craft show season! Michael has been there by or side from the start. We started off as just doing small things as our little stand at the race track. Not doing much at all. We went to having both sawgrass printer sizes, the professional 16 x20 HIX Press, a hat press, a vacuum press, the mug press because Michael has helped us grow and grow and grow. We listened to him. We watch his lives, we attend his events, we do what he tells us and we keep growing. We buy only his products because he provides nothing but quality items. We now have a weekly spot at a local farmers market and we keep growing. It is his method, his advice, his training, his knowledge that is helping us. I won't lie, I went to school for business management and marketing, and what they taught me in school wasn't working, but his years of experience that he is teaching us is. This is why we will only work with Sublimation 101 and Michael and team. They have only shown us how to grow. And we are growing. Every event we do shows us that! The numbers don't lie!! His methods work. His live videos are there to go to back to and review when you are unsure of something, he is always there for support if you need it and if you can't go in person to pick something up, the shipping is super fast! There is no where else like Sublimation 101!!!! They treat you like family! Thank you Michael and Martha for helping us learn and grow and go after our dreams! I purchased the color changing mugs for a special order at Christmas. I ordered 12 and made 6. Every single one of them ended up with chips. The 6 remaining mugs I have all have bubbles in the coating that I am sure will turn into chips as well. I lost my shirt on these mugs, having to refund the sale plus shipping costs. These were made with a silicone wrap in a convection oven and were allowed to cool naturally. I was told that I am the only customer that had an issue, but I still feel like this was a manufacturing flaw.

Last weekend John and I went to Sublimation 101 from Kentucky. We had the best time learning about the different products, time and designing. Michael will answer all your questions and concerns. If you want to meet 2 people, that opens their arms to you and treat you like family, that is Michael and Martha. All of the Sublimation 101 staff is fantastic. I would tell you. If your thinking about going, then do it. You will have the best learning experience and make great friends.

Michael and Martha are the best!!! Just spent the weekend there in their NEW CLASS room, learn even more then I thought I knew!!! Love the new class room Mike and Martha, you can have over 15 of us in there and still plenty of space! I be think we made over 12 items and came home with another 6-8 items to do what we want !!! I have a rather long post but it’s important that I let everyone know my experience with Michael. I have posted on sublimation help sites but I have never been able to get real assistance. I found a sublimation page on FB by accident and I’m thrilled I did. I bought my Sawgrass SG 500 a few months ago from Swing Design. I have never been able to get it to print correctly no matter how many online sessions I attended. I became super frustrated after spending so much money without any good results and could never speak with a live human either. That is until I came into contact with @michaelKaminsky. Side note-Additionally, I needed ink - the printer continues to use ink even when not using it to keep it from sitting too long. He sent me his number and believe me I’ve used it. Several times. In fact I’m his Texas bestie. He has waslked me through getting a good print even though it was his USB- not wifi (still working on that). I highly recommend using @michaelkaminsky for your supplies and tech support. Thank you Michael. Now to get the wifi working on my MacBook Pro. 🥴
